Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in network engineering.
5+ years of experience leading and developing network engineering teams.
Direct, hands-on experience designing, deploying, or operating SD WAN and SASE architectures at enterprise scale.
Experience building or maturing network observability programs, including telemetry, monitoring, and automation.
Strong executive communication skills with a track record presenting strategy and budget to VP or C-suite stakeholders.
Experience managing distributed teams across North America and Latin America.

Responsibilities

Shape technology strategy and roadmap for the Americas, owning execution, delivery, and budget.
Drive maturity of network observability across the region with telemetry, monitoring, and automation.
Own the Americas network engineering budget, including capital planning, vendor management, and cost optimization.
Lead, develop, and scale the Americas network engineering team across multiple sites.
Ensure delivery of WAN, data center, cloud networking, and wireless initiatives across NA and LATAM.
