Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Engineering (Americas) to lead strategy and execution across North and Latin America, partnering with peers and solution architects to advance SD WAN, SASE, and network observability. This hands-on leadership role owns the Americas budget, oversees vendor relations, and guides a growing team across multiple sites while aligning delivery with global standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering with WAN/data center/cloud networking experience.
• 5+ years leading and developing network engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, or operating SD WAN and SASE at enterprise scale.
• Experience building or maturing network observability programs (telemetry/monitoring/automation).
• Multi-million dollar network budget ownership including capital planning and vendor negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Shape technology strategy and roadmaps for the Americas, owning execution and budget.
• Drive network observability maturity across the region with monitoring and automation.
• Lead budget planning, vendor and carrier negotiations for major initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of network projects across multiple sites in North and Latin America.
• Lead, develop, and scale the Americas network engineering team.
• Serve as senior escalation point for network infrastructure issues and reliability improvements.
• Align Americas delivery with global standards for SD WAN and SASE.
