Job summary

TD SYNNEX seeks a Senior Manager, Network Engineering (Americas) to lead strategy and execution for the Americas region across North and Latin America. The role partners with peers to modernize WAN with SD-WAN and SASE, build observability, and own the regional budget and vendor relationships.

The position requires 12+ years in network engineering and 5+ years of leadership, with strong executive communication and a track record delivering enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in network engineering, incl. routing, switching, WAN, data center, cloud networking.
• 5+ years leading network engineering teams, including managers or senior ICs.
• Hands-on SD-WAN and SASE design, deployment, or operations at enterprise scale.
• Experience building/maturing network observability, telemetry, monitoring, and automation.
• Owned multi-million dollar network budgets including capital planning and vendor cost optimization.
• Delivered projects across multiple sites/regions with accountability for reliability.
• Strong executive communication, presenting strategy and budget to VP/C-suite.
• Experience leading distributed teams across North America and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Shape technology strategy and roadmap for the Americas, owning execution and budget.
• Drive network observability maturity with monitoring, telemetry, and automation platforms.
• Own the Americas network engineering budget, vendor and circuit cost management.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage strategic vendor/carrier relationships.
• Lead, develop, and scale the Americas network engineering team across sites.
• Deliver network projects across WAN, data center, cloud networking, and wireless.
• Serve as senior escalation point for network infrastructure issues with NOC & cross-functional teams.
• Align Americas delivery with global standards for SD-WAN, SASE, and observability tooling.
