Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience, including developing proposals and supporting client pitches.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences and/or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to generate new business, expand accounts, and manage strategic client relationships.
• Skilled at synthesizing complex data into compelling, actionable insights.
• Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Thrive in fast-paced settings with strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality.
• Experience with product/service innovation across healthcare market intelligence functions; qualitative research a plus.
