You will lead and grow the team, partner with product managers, and ensure robust security posture with audits and compliance alignment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with your PM to assess customer needs, co-create the roadmap, and own delivery.
• Balance large investments with a steady cadence of customer requests.
• Guide architectural decisions for the granular access control framework across products.
• Hire and onboard engineers; evolve team norms and delivery cadence.
• Monitor SLOs/SLAs and system health, ensuring reliability goals.
• Collaborate with security/compliance on reviews, audits, and commitments.
