Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence to drive Sales Excellence across the division. You will standardize sales processes, cadences and capabilities, acting as an internal consultant to elevate performance and be the voice of sales in global programs.

You will lead strategic planning, drive transformation, and partner with sales leaders to deliver growth objectives while navigating a matrix environment and global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sales or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in Sales, Commercial Finance or Sales Operations.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge/Experience with Salesforce/ CRM.
• Strong analytical skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive global sales discipline, cadence and standardization of account management and sales process.
• Lead Global Commercial Excellence AIP across commercial teams.
• Facilitate and lead sales and account management discipline, cadence, and capabilities globally.
• Set strategic sales plan and roadmap and drive sales transformation and execution.
• Represent sales voice of customer in strategy, design and delivery of global programs.
• Identify external and internal sales best practices and deploy globally.
• Develop and drive sales policy deployment and AIP initiatives.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence will drive Sales Excellence across the Division. Role responsible for driving global consistency, standardization and execution of sales discipline, cadence, processes, and capabilities deployment across the sales teams. Person is a trusted, respected sales leader and acts as an internal consultant to elevate sales team performance and discipline as well as be the Voice of Sales in key global program deployments. Role will drive elevation of sales team in business acumen, account management and sales and sales deployment processes. This position has high visibility with the sales leadership team and reports directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing.

Major Responsibilities:

• Drive global sales discipline, cadence and standardization of account management and sales process.
• Lead Global Commercial Excellence AIP across commercial teams
• Facilitate and lead sales and account management discipline, cadence, and capabilities globally
• Set strategic sales plan and roadmap and drive sales transformation, leadership alignment and internal execution to deliver on sales global sales strategic plans and performance expectations
• Represent sales voice of customer in strategy, design and delivery of global programs and priorities
• Identify external and internal sales best practices and define plans to deploy across sales globally
• Develop and drive sales policy deployment initiatives and AIP deployment initiatives
• Drive sales best practices and business transformation and strategy deployment through sales teams
• Trusted partner to sales leaders to facilitate and drive 80's customer growth objectives

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sales or related function
• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience
• Experience: 5+ years in Sales, Commercial Finance or Sales Operations
• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge/Experience with Salesforce/ CRM
• Ability to influence key stakeholders in matrix environment
• Ability to adjust to varying priorities, must be flexible and able to handle more than one activity at a time
• Knowledge and experience with sales incentive plans a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• The ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
• Proven experience of driving improvement and efficiency in a commercial environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
