Jobgether SRL seeks a Manager, Commercial Accounting for a fully remote position based in the United States. The role oversees revenue, gross-to-net reserves, AR, inventory, and COGS, partnering with Trade, Market Access, CMC, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The candidate will drive process improvements, automation, and scalable accounting practices across the revenue cycle, while supporting product launches and new commercial arrangements in a biopharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in biotechnology/pharma/life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including ASC 606 and inventory/cogs.
• Experience with NetSuite or large ERP systems; SOX exposure a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly close for product revenue, gross-to-net, AR, and COGS.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition is properly documented.
• Manage inventory accounting, valuations, and third-party logistics interfaces.
• Support external audits, regulatory reporting, and SOX controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercialization initiatives.
