Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an International Accounting Manager based in the United States to lead accounting for 20+ subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions and currencies. You will own close processes, audits, and statutory reporting, collaborating with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Legal to drive scalable, automated controls.

You will coach the international team, ensure US GAAP compliance, and manage external providers in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA or equivalent qualification (ACCA/ACA).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including international accounting.
• Public accounting experience with Big Four or large regional firm preferred.
• Strong US GAAP and local GAAP knowledge; intercompany & FX accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead international close processes and financial reporting across 20+ subsidiaries.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and external accounting providers.
• Ensure US GAAP conversion and local GAAP compliance across entities.
• Develop and coach international accounting team; drive automation and controls.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, HR on global accounting matters.
