Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Sr. Accounting Transformation Lead to shape and modernize the global accounting operating model in a high-growth environment.

You will assess people, processes, technology, data, governance, and controls to uncover opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness, spanning standardization, automation, and readiness for public-company reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership in transformations.
• Experience leading large-scale finance or accounting transformation initiatives across functions, geographies, and systems.
• Ability to redesign, standardize, and improve accounting processes and operating models.
• Strong understanding of finance tech ecosystems: ERP, consolidation, close, reporting, data and analytics.
• Experience in public accounting or in a large multinational organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic accounting priorities into structured transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Lead initiatives to standardize, harmonize, and automate core accounting processes (record-to-report, close, reconciliations, consolidation, intercompany, reporting).
• Partner with accounting leaders to establish roles, policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI, workflow solutions, and other technologies to improve efficiency and controls.
• Define requirements with Technology and business stakeholders; prioritize investments and implement finance tech solutions.
• Lead accounting readiness activities related to SEC-compliant reporting, governance, and close timelines.
