Job summary

Truist is seeking a forward-thinking leader to drive financial crimes model analytics, data strategy, and data quality across the program. You will plan, organize, and manage a team to meet division and enterprise goals while ensuring accurate analytics and robust controls.

You will mentor staff, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and effective governance. Strong SAS expertise and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Analytical, project management, and organizational skills with metrics, reporting, data, modeling, or technology.
• Proven management ability overseeing projects and teams.
• Seven years of SAS experience or equivalent with large data problems and modeling procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics, data strategy, and data quality.
• Develop and supervise monitoring, reporting, and change-management processes.
• Identify improvements to models, processes, or technology to drive efficiency and controls.
• Ensure delivery of accurate analytics and insights for key decisions.
• Foster relationships with internal and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
