Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior leader to oversee the model analytics function of the Financial Crimes Program. You will design and drive initiatives ensuring tools and insights help identify and report potential financial crimes.

You will manage a team, develop monitoring and reporting, and partner with stakeholders across locations to maintain data quality and effective operations. This is a regular full-time role with remote work options for approved locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Analytical, project management, and organizational skills with metrics and data experience.
• Proven management ability with project and team leadership.
• Seven years of SAS experience with large data problems and statistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with all management levels.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics and data strategy.
• Develop and supervise monitoring, performance reporting, and change-management processes.
• Identify model, process, and technology changes to improve operations and controls.
• Ensure delivery of accurate analytics, reporting, and data insights for decision-making.
• Champion data quality and data management within Financial Crimes.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to achieve objectives.
• Provide support for reviewers and resolve issues from reviews.
• Ensure procedures and documentation follow enterprise standards.
