Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Crimes Analytics Lead to drive model analytics, monitoring, and data strategy within the FIU AML/CTF program in a Senior SME role. You will influence cross-functional teams and guide analytics resources across Global Sanctions and Financial Crimes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten years of SAS experience with application to large data problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced, multi-location environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate analytics, reporting, and data insights to support decisions.
• Champion data quality and data management initiatives within Financial Crimes.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial crimes subject matter expertise for the team.
• Provide materials for reviews by internal/external reviewers; address issues.
• Document team processes per enterprise standards.
• Lead special projects directed by Managing Director of Financial Crimes or GSS Director.
