Truist Wealth in Charlotte, NC seeks a senior manager to lead analytics for the Financial Crimes FIU. You will drive models, metrics and reporting, applying a risk-based, intelligence-led approach to AML/CTF monitoring and data quality.

You will mentor staff and manage complex projects across functions to support enterprise goals. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in analytics, strong SAS/Python/R/SQL skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics/Advanced Analytics, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent.
• Ten years of related experience.
• Experience with SAS, Python, R, SQL for predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and projects in a complex analytical environment.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills; able to explain technical info to nontechnical audiences.
• Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead and administer models, metrics, reporting, data strategy and innovation for Financial Crimes.
• Design and drive analytics initiatives to detect, investigate, and report financial crimes.
• Provide analytics, insights, and data quality for decision making and operations.
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners to achieve objectives.
• Mentor staff, oversee performance, coaching, and career development.
• Ensure procedures and documentation follow enterprise standards; support reviews.
