Maximus is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead federal contact center programs in a fully remote role. This high-impact position requires managing complex, high-value projects, ensuring KPIs, schedules, and budgets are met while maintaining strong government relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, budgets, staffing, and administrative resources.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent priorities, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, budgets, staffing, schedules, and program deliverables.
• Experience managing Federal Government contracts or programs, including interaction with contracting officers and government stakeholders.
• Experience managing large-scale omnichannel contact center operations (phone, email, chat).
• Familiarity with federal security and technology environments (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).
• PMP/PgMP/ITIL or similar certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver multiple projects with high value and high risk.
• Develop methodologies and criteria for projects.
• Facilitate tracking and resolution of project-impacting issues.
• Provide leadership to ensure delivery to specs, on time, within budget.
• Have hiring/firing/promotion authority within your area as per manager approval.
• Serve as the primary management focal point for assigned call orders, overseeing personnel and priorities.
• Lead planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of multisource contact center programs (phone, email, chat).
• Ensure contract requirements, KPIs, service levels, schedules, and quality standards are achieved.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional program teams and manage governance structures.
