Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior leader to manage a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions. The role requires coordinating with data modelers, architects, and SMEs to deliver end-to-end development, testing, and deployment.

You will oversee performance, training, and vendor management, ensuring security and change management policies are followed, while driving on-time delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Senior Application Development Engineers for large-scale projects.
• Leads scope, schedule, and budget management with clear progress communication.
• Defines risk processes and participates in mitigation activities.
• Partners with Security and SRE teams to follow policies.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to Developers.
• Ensures teams meet functional, quality, and timeline objectives.
