Centene Corporation seeks an experienced leader to manage a team of Senior Application Development Engineers responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions. You will partner with data modelers, architects, BAs, data stewards and SMEs to deliver end-to-end capabilities across the enterprise.
You will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, and vendor performance, while recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
Position Purpose: Manages the team members accountable for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.
Key Details: This is a remote position within the United States requiring quarterly business travel. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Pay Range: $121,500.00 - $224,900.00 per year
