Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Experience with application development, architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Agile software development and data governance; familiarity with graph model databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Senior Application Development Engineers on large-scale, complex projects.
• Manages scope, schedule, and budget; ensures progress is monitored and reported to leadership.
• Mentors staff, conducts performance and salary reviews, and provides technical guidance.
• Coordinates with 3rd party development teams and vendors to meet standards and timelines.
• Ensures adherence to security and change management policies throughout project lifecycles.
• Leads design and development of proofs-of-concept and prototype environments.
