Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior leader to manage teams responsible for the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise software solutions. The role collaborates with data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and SMEs to deliver end-to-end capabilities across the enterprise.

The candidate will oversee internal and third-party development efforts, drive project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure security and change management policies are followed

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Experience leading large enterprise software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions.
• Collaborate with data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, SMEs to deliver design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee third-party development teams and ensure adherence to standards and security policies.
• Lead risk assessment, change management, and deployment planning with Security and SRE teams.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
