Job summary

ICF’s Disaster Management Division is seeking a Senior Manager, Disaster Management for Disaster Recovery programs. This 100% remote role in Colorado involves travel and deployments, with deep experience in CDBG-DR and related housing recovery programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of combined program and project management experience.
• 5+ years of in-depth experience with CDBG-DR program.
• 2+ years of project managing a high-volume housing recovery program.
• 1+ years of experience with FEMA’s IA program.
• Willing to travel and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to teams supporting post-disaster recovery efforts.
• Schedule and assign staff; allocate resources and manage risk.
• Coordinate components to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.
• Ensure deadlines are understood and met; communicate progress.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliant deliverables.
• Lead capture for business development opportunities and client engagements.
