Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy & Channels to lead the development, execution, and measurement of integrated digital strategies across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels. This role partners with internal teams and agencies to drive growth, patient acquisition, and brand objectives.

Located fully remote in the US with EST work hours, this 6-month contract offers $55-$60/hr on a W2 basis and may extend or convert.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field required; Master's Degree, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industry experience.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant experience in digital marketing strategy, channel management, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
• 2+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional marketing initiatives and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilidades

• Translate enterprise marketing goals into integrated channel strategies across paid media, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Develop annual and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps, aligning priorities, cross-channel budgets, and performance targets.
• Evaluate market trends, audience insights, competitive activity, and digital best practices to guide strategic investments.
• Manage creative and content workflows supporting multi-channel campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Own cross-functional project tracking, timelines, deliverables, and resource dependencies across a large portfolio of concurrent digital initiatives.
• Hold agency partners and internal teams accountable to deadlines, deliverables, and campaign milestones.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasts, vendor SOWs, and invoice approvals in partnership with finance and procurement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, channel effectiveness metrics, and marketing ROI frameworks.
• Translate campaign performance data into actionable optimization recommendations that improve engagement and conversion.
• Build and deliver executive-ready scorecards, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Serve as the central strategic partner to marketing leadership and cross-functional business units.
• Facilitate regular cross-functional alignment meetings, drive follow-through, and remove operational roadblocks.
• Standardize marketing workflows, campaign governance, and approval processes to improve team efficiency.
• Support the evaluation and enhancement of marketing technology platforms and digital capabilities.
