Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries is a plus.

• Digital Strategy & Channel Planning: translate goals into multi-channel strategies across paid, web, SEO/SEM, email, social, content, and automation (Regulatory compliance where applicable).
• Campaign Execution & Program Management: manage workflows, ensure brand consistency, track timelines, and coordinate with agencies and internal teams.
• Performance Measurement & Executive Reporting: define KPIs, create dashboards, and present insights to leadership.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance: lead cross-functional alignment, standardize workflows, and drive efficient decision-making across teams.
