Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a part-time Social Media Community Manager for remote work across the US (EST/CST). The role involves monitoring brand channels, engaging with consumers, and contributing to brand FAQs and policies.

The position runs August through December with possible extension and pays $35–$38 per hour on a W2 basis. Ideal candidates have a marketing or communications background and at least two years in community management or digital marketing within CPG, retail, or

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Two years in community management, social media, or digital marketing in CPG/retail/spirits.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor brand channels and respond to consumer comments with approved messaging.
• Escalate urgent inquiries to appropriate internal teams.
• Engage with consumers on organic and paid media to grow the brand community.
• Light reposting of user-generated content on Facebook or Instagram when appropriate.
• Help develop a formal social media brand FAQ document.
