Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Clinical Operations (Remote, US) to lead digital enablement across Global Clinical Operations. You will refine CTMS and other digital solutions from study startup through closeout, capturing stakeholder needs and prioritizing demand for value.

You will collaborate with development teams to define requirements, draft BRDs, and ensure processes are aligned with GCO standards. Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
7+ years’ experience in drug development clinical trial operations.
Experience with clinical operations systems and lifecycle management.
Strong ability to gather requirements and translate to user stories.

Responsibilities

Detail enhancements for CTMS and digital solutions used by GCO from startup to closeout.
Engage with clinical stakeholders to define requirements and align processes.
Draft business requirements and translate into actionable user stories for development teams.
Manage backlog and communicate value measures to stakeholders.
