Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Digital & Technology Systems Director to own the end-to-end lifecycle of external GCO systems and platforms across a global, regulated environment. You will lead strategy, security, and operations in Cloud/SaaS settings, partner with stakeholders, and manage budgets while ensuring regulatory alignment and data integrity to drive BeOne’s clinical objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in validated clinical applications or regulated environments.
• 8+ years in GxP or regulated environments with 21 CFR Part 11 knowledge.
• 5+ years of senior leadership managing a team.
• Experience overseeing SaaS/Hybrid cloud software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of O365, AD, and SaaS-to-SaaS integration.
• Working knowledge of IaaS/PaaS and cloud architectures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives across a global organization.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for lifecycle management of all external GCO apps and platforms.
• Lead end-to-end system management and vendor coordination.
• Develop long-term strategies for external systems enhancements.
• Create and manage budgets for external systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance.
• Coordinate incident response and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing systems management team.
• Collaborate across GRDTS and with vendors/partners.
• Provide training and user support on system utilization.
• Ensure CSV and health authority requirements are embedded.
