BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager/ Associate Director, Digital Clinical Operations to enhance CTMS and digital tools across the clinical lifecycle.

You will partner with global clinical teams to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and drive value realization through technology projects. Responsibilities include prioritizing demand, drafting BRs, and coordinating with Development/IT to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in drug development clinical trial operations.
• Clinical Operations domain expertise.
• Business analysis on technology projects.

Responsabilités

• Detail enhancements for CTMS and other digital solutions.
• Elicit requirements and translate priorities into plans with development teams.
• Draft and finalize business requirements for enhancements.
• Coordinate with Development & IT to refine user stories and participate in SDLC testing.
• Define and track business outcome measures for digital investments.
• Maintain backlog and ensure alignment with GCO processes.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure cross-geography process alignment.
