BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Director, Medical Digital Solutions to scale HCP-facing digital tools and workflows across US Field Medical teams.

This role drives adoption of CRM platforms, dashboards, and AI-enabled decision support while aligning IT priorities with medical needs. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, manage change and training, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize value realization from digital solutions in medical affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health science, life science, or business/digital/technology field.
• Advanced degree such as MBA preferred with 7+ years in related roles.
• Experience in field-based Medical, MSL, or Medical Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Next Best Action optimization using AI insights to improve HCP engagement.
• CRM platform requirements, deployment and adoption; define governance and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and Medical teams to align systems with field needs.
• Coordinate medical content and omnichannel metrics to guide strategy.
• Assess medical impact and drive adoption, change management and training.
