BeOne Medicines Ltd. is hiring a Global Study Management Associate to support the Global Clinical Study Manager in delivering studies with quality, on time and within budget.

This remote role in the United States offers exposure to CST meetings, study setup in eTMF/CTMS, and collaboration across global stakeholders. You will help prepare study plans, TMF reviews, newsletters, and key deliverables while assisting with budget tracking and vendor setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (higher degree preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in clinical research within Biotech, Pharma or CRO.
• Knowledge of regulatory and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint) and study systems such as eTMF/CTMS.

Responsabilités

• Supports Global Clinical Study Manager with study delivery and CST meetings.
• Sets up and maintains study information in eTMF/CTMS and related systems.
• Supports development of study plans and TMF creation/ QC.
• Prepares study newsletters and other study communications.
• Assists with study budget tracking and vendor setup.
