BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Digital Clinical Operations to optimize Global Clinical Operations using CTMS and digital tools.

You will drive requirements, align processes, and coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements across startup through study close-out. The role requires leadership in a regulatory-aware environment, strong collaboration with clinical stakeholders, and a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in drug development clinical trial operations.
• Clinical Operations domain expertise.
• Business analysis on technology projects.
• Core clinical systems.
• SDLC.
• Validated systems.
• Familiarity with data processing / engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Detail capabilities from Startup to Close Out focusing on CTMS and digital solutions.
• Engage with clinical stakeholders across geographies to define CTMS enhancements.
• Elicit requirements and align processes with digital solutions and automation.
• Draft business requirements and convert into user stories for development.
• Coordinate with Development/IT for SDLC testing and UAT.
• Define value realization and track business outcomes.
