Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Sr. CRA Manager to lead the CRA organization, directing resourcing strategies, staff oversight, and performance metrics. You will collaborate with CTOMs and CST to ensure study quality and timely delivery across the Americas, with emphasis on oncology trials.

The role requires coaching and mentoring of managers, adherence to GCP/SOPs, and ongoing process improvement to optimize monitoring effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 8–9 years in Clinical Operations.
• 4–5 years in personnel and trial management, plus 4–5 years of monitoring experience.
• Experience in oncology global trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resourcing strategy within Americas region for CRA staff.
• Lead CRA Managers and oversee performance metrics.
• Develop KPIs for CRA staff and ensure monitoring quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with CTOMs/ CST to assign training and monitor delivery of studies.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and performance reviews for staff.
• Support site visits, investigator meetings and audits as needed.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
