Job summary

Vituity in Dublin, OH seeks a Clinical Practice Supervisor to ensure operational excellence, oversee staff, and maintain the highest quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic.

You will lead clinical operations, help develop policies, manage patient records and billing liaison, ensure regulatory compliance, foster professional relationships, and drive improvements in patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business admin, or related field (or equivalent).
• Four years of healthcare experience and three years of leadership in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and coordinate clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Senior Manager and Physician Leader to meet patient and provider expectations.
• Develop, modify, and execute clinic policies and operations.
• Resolve clinic operations issues using data analysis and clinical knowledge.
• Ensure administrative and operational effectiveness of the clinic.
• Maintain patient records, confidentiality, and billing communications.
• Manage staff, provide performance feedback, and communicate with leadership.
• Oversee facility upkeep, equipment, and OSHA/infection control standards.
• Identify and improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
