Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations to provide leadership across the Home Sleep Test program, clinic, and sleep lab. You will collaborate with medical leadership to ensure patient and provider expectations are met and manage a budget, staffing, and operational performance.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare administration, sleep medicine experience preferred, and the ability to drive improvements across service lines while maintaining regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field with 4 years of healthcare experience or equivalent.
• 4+ years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience overseeing multiple service lines or a multidisciplinary outpatient practice.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in sleep medicine or a multi-service outpatient practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for the entire practice, overseeing the Home Sleep Test (HST) program, the clinic, and the sleep lab.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and physician leaders to meet patient and provider expectations.
• Adhere to the practice operating budget and project patient volumes, revenue, and space needs.
• Analyze monthly financial and operational reports for data on patient volumes, production, and revenue.
• Lead policy, process, and workflow improvements across the practice.
• Directly manage the HST Manager, Sleep Lab Manager, Clinic Manager, Clinical Research Coordinator, and front desk staff.
• Recruit, retain, train, and manage performance of practice staff; plan succession and career development.
• Lead all-staff meetings and participate in provider meetings; ensure service line coordination and compliance.
• Oversee accreditation and program compliance across all service lines and participate in regulatory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, purchasing/inventory, payroll, billing, and collections for the practice.
