Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Sales & Insights - Retail to drive growth and deliver insight-led solutions for retail clients. This role requires autonomy, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across virtual teams.

You will collaborate with internal teams to translate data into strategic recommendations, build lasting client relationships, and leverage Circana’s Unify+/Liquid Data platforms to support solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, account management, or related fields.
• Retail/general merchandise experience is preferred.
• Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word and ability to mine large data sets.
• Effective remote work and collaboration with virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: identify opportunities to expand client relationships using Circana data and software.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: translate data into actionable insights for clients' strategic decisions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with Client Services, Product, and Analytics to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: stay current on general merchandise trends to position Circana as a thought leader.
• Build Strategic Relationships: develop relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: leverage Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support engagements.
• Champion Client Success: ensure client satisfaction and proactive value delivery.
• Support Innovation: provide market feedback to refine offerings and guide product development.
• Advanced Analytic Skills: conceive and deliver fact-based analyses for consumer solutions.
