Circana is seeking a Senior Manager to drive data-driven insights for retail clients, partnering with price and promotions teams to identify growth opportunities. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver client value.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years using Circana/IRI/NIQ data, strong analytical storytelling, and the ability to influence merchants and stakeholders across disciplines, including sales, product, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years using syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI/NIQ) to drive business recommendations.
• Experience in retail, CPG, or analytics-led environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retailer Price and Promotions teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop analyses and synthesize data into clear recommendations for merchants.
• Create compelling presentations translating analytics into business actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
