Job summary

Responsibilities include staff management, project documentation, and ensuring system availability. Remote work within the U.S. is supported, with minimum in-office requirements in certain locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years hands-on or supervisory experience in modern development stacks.
• Experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.
• Proven ability to design, develop, validate and support customized systems.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: accountable for timely completion of custom development projects at KSC.
• System Development and Implementation: lead design, development and deployment of custom apps.
• Staff Management: supervise and coach development staff with cross-functional collaboration.
• Project Documentation: maintain records for assigned teams.
• System Support: ensure high availability and data integrity across live applications.
