Qualificações

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership or senior technical roles driving scalable application design and team throughput.
• 10+ years of full-stack development experience designing and architecting enterprise applications using React and Java (including Spring Boot and microservices).
• 10+ years of experience working with NextJs, GraphQL APIs, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• 10+ years of knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and application deployment on Azure cloud platforms using GitHub Actions.
• 10+ years of understanding of Agile (Scrum) software development methodologies and industry best practices.
• 3+ years of knowledge of IBMi platforms and languages (SYNON, IBMi - COBOL/DB2/CL/RPG)

• Lead a software engineering team in building and supporting high-quality, scalable, resilient, and performant applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture design and architectural decision-making.
• Implement distributed, scalable solutions with robust performance and secure practices.
• Drive continuous operational improvement using enterprise-approved tools and modern technology stacks.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to Agile (Scrum) practices and industry best practices.
