This remote US role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and hands-on experience with databases and data governance. Travel is quarterly; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required and 6+ years of related experience
• Experience with Application Development and Applications Architecture
• Knowledge of Agile software development
• Hands-on with databases and data governance, including graph models
• Healthcare payer/provider operations or data management experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Oversee a team of Senior Application Development Engineers on large-scale projects
• Lead scope, schedule, and budget management and reporting
• Make decisions based on progress and outcomes
• Establish training and career development plans for developers
• Oversee 3rd party development teams and vendor performance
• Define risk management processes and mitigation activities
• Communicate with security and SRE during service transitions
• Lead design and development of proof-of-concept environments
• Manage hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff
• Delegate tasks to ensure stable operation of development activities
• Develop staff capabilities and IT best practices understanding
• Hold teams accountable to quality and timeline objectives
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards
