Job summary

EY seeks a senior SharePoint professional to lead on-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations and to build modern SharePoint Online intranets. You will drive information architecture, migration waves, and modernization approaches across projects, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and EY teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will bring deep experience with SharePoint Server/Online and Microsoft 365 administration, and you will participate in all project phases from discovery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations using Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare).
• Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
• Working knowledge of the Power Platform, especially for forms/workflow modernization patterns.

Responsibilities

• Assess & plan migrations, define scope and waves, estimate effort and complexity, establish cutover and hypercare plans.
• Design the target intranet information architecture, hub/site strategy, navigation, search, and permissions model.
• Execute migrations using Microsoft and third‑party tooling; manage pilots and remediation; drive successful cutovers.
• Modernize solutions by mapping legacy workflows to Power Automate and Power Apps.
