Job summary
EY is seeking a Senior M365/SharePoint Engineer to lead enterprise migrations from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online and to architect modern intranets integrated with Power Platform. You’ll shape information architecture, migration waves, security, and governance for large client environments.
You’ll work across discovery, assessment, build, test, and deployment, partnering with client stakeholders and EY teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions that drive
Qualifications
- 3+ years of consulting delivering SharePoint solutions and migrations.
- Hands-on with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online.
- Experience planning and executing migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover).
- Experience with migration tools (Migration Manager, ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest).
- Experience implementing modern intranets and Power Platform integration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess & plan migrations; define scope, waves, cutover, and hypercare.
- Design target intranet; IA, hubs, navigation, metadata, permissions.
- Execute migrations; configure tooling, pilot, remediation, cutovers.
- Modernize solutions; map legacy workflows to Power Automate/Apps.
- Establish governance; provisioning, lifecycle controls, reporting.
- Lead workshops; deliver client-ready artifacts and risk communications.
