Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own the largest multi-location deals from discovery to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on unlocking multi-site groups across the USA and Canada.

You will close a $2M annual quota, work with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expand services as groups sign on, supported by our sales development and inbound teams.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Experience with long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing business to managing people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
