Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Western United States’ senior living market. You will lead regional sales, manage A–Z deal cycles, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance outreach and forecasting.

The role requires 5+ years in outside sales to senior living or healthcare purchasing services, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and willingness to travel up to 50% in the Western U.S. Remote position.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in senior living or healthcare purchasing services.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales initiatives and build a strong pipeline in the Western United States.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business with senior living operators.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build and maintain Salesforce CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting.
