Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Litigation Specialist to manage complex litigated auto/homeowner claims in a remote-capable role.

You will shape claim strategy, direct defense counsel, evaluate settlements, and oversee cost controls while coordinating with internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor's in business/insurance or related field, strong claims handling experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance or risk management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• High School diploma required.
• A proven experience handling insurance claims. Prior Senior Casualty experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex litigated claims and determine strategy with defense counsel.
• Directly manage discovery plans, depositions, and expert retention for first- and third-party claims.
• Monitor budgets for outside counsel and review defense costs and indemnity exposure.
