Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Litigation Specialist to own complex litigated auto and homeowners claims in a remote-capable role. You will shape claim strategy, oversee discovery plans, budgets, and negotiations, and actively participate in mediations and settlement conferences.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or risk management, or equivalent experience, plus a high school diploma and proven claims handling. Travel and extended hours may be required.

• Take ownership of complex litigated claims involving auto and homeowners matters.
• Shape claim strategy by directing defense counsel and evaluating settlements.
• Create discovery plans including depositions, IMEs, and expert retention and negotiation.
