Qualifications

• Industry education such as FALU, FLMI, etc.
• Deep expertise in individual life underwriting and high-dollar cases.
• Experience with reinsurance frameworks and treaty language.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate the most complex and high-value life underwriting cases within approval authority.
• Provide expert guidance on escalated cases and mentor peers.
• Communicate decisions clearly with field partners and home office personnel.
• Build partnerships with distribution leaders and field partners to ensure alignment and service excellence.
• Apply deep reinsurance expertise to ensure proper use of auto and facultative reinsurance.
