Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to lead the growth of our technical support for Life Sciences in the USA. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and customers to deliver engineering solutions and ensure regulatory compliance while representing the brand at industry events.

This remote role requires deep product knowledge, project leadership, and the ability to train customer contacts on WMFTS technology.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Life Sciences processes, applications, and regulatory aspects.
• Experience in commercial management and large account leadership.
• Ability to lead, grow and develop high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Large Project Technical Lead: coordinate deliverables and documentation for local/global projects.
• Technical Expertise: advise sales on product capabilities and regulatory requirements.
• Innovation and Improvement: identify gaps and implement best practices in service portfolio.
• Training and Support: deliver regular training and field support to customers.
• Strategic Planning: develop plans for delivering engineering solutions to the market.
• Relationship Building: maintain key industry contacts and align resources to meet needs.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate engineering and technical risks.
• Networking: attend conferences to expand contacts and opportunities.
• Health & Safety: promote safe working conditions and monitor performance.
• Governance: comply with Spirax Group policies and procedures.
