Qualifications

• Significant commercial management and sales experience including key account or large customer management.
• Contract reviews and negotiation experience with awareness of contractual principles and risks.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams, ideally in a regional role.
• Ability to generate followership across regional, multifunctional departments.
• Cultural and regional awareness with ability to work across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for local and global large projects and maintain project documentation.
• Inform sales teams on emerging technical trends, regulatory compliance, and product capabilities.
• Drive innovation by identifying gaps and implementing best practices to improve customer impact.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customers to deliver regular training and field support.
• Develop annual strategic plans with leadership to deliver engineering solutions to the market.
• Build relationships with key industry contacts and manage risk to ensure continuity.
