Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Legal Collections Coordinator to oversee full-cycle collections for attorney and client accounts. This role is 100% remote and requires experience in law firm collections and proficient Excel reporting.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with attorneys and clients to resolve balances, analyze aging reports, and develop SOPs to improve cash flow. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with collections at a Law Firm or in the Professional Services industry.
• Experience with running reports in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle collections process for a portfolio of attorney and client accounts.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients regarding outstanding balances and payment status.
• Analyze aged receivable reports and prioritize collection efforts to reduce delinquent balances and improve cash flow.
• Develop and document SOPs for collections activities and departmental workflows.
• Leverage Aderant to monitor, track, and report on collection activity and AR performance.
• Create and maintain ad hoc reports related to aging, collections performance, cash receipts, and receivable trends.
• Partner with attorneys to develop collection strategies for complex or sensitive client matters.
• Research billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and client concerns to facilitate resolution.
• Monitor trust and estate receivables and ensure collection efforts align with firm policies and client expectations.
