Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Legal Collections Coordinator for a 100% remote role with a reputable law firm client. You will manage full-cycle collections, communicate with attorneys and high-net-worth clients, and develop SOPs to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate has law-firm collections experience and strong Excel reporting skills, with a demonstrated ability to reduce delinquencies and improve cash flow in professional services.

Qualifications

• Experience with collections at a Law Firm or in the Professional Services industry.
• Experience with running reports in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle collections process for a portfolio of attorney and client accounts.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients regarding outstanding balances and payment status.
• Analyze aged receivable reports and prioritize collection efforts to reduce delinquent balances and improve cash flow.
• Develop and document SOPs for collections activities and departmental workflows.
• Leverage Aderant to monitor, track, and report on collection activity and AR performance.
• Create and maintain ad hoc reports related to aging, collections performance, cash receipts, and receivable trends.
• Partner with attorneys to develop collection strategies for complex or sensitive client matters.
• Research billing disputes, payment discrepancies, and client concerns to facilitate resolution.
• Monitor trust and estate receivables and ensure collection efforts align with firm policies and client expectations.
