Qualifications

• Experience with collections at a Law Firm or in the Professional Services industry.
• Experience with running reports in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle collections for attorney and client accounts.
• Communicate with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients on balances and payment status.
• Analyze aged receivable reports and prioritize collection actions to reduce delinquencies.
• Develop and document SOPs for collections activities and workflows.
• Leverage the firm’s payment systems to monitor, track, and report on AR performance.
• Create/ad-hoc reports related to aging, collections trends and cash receipts.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop collection strategies on complex matters.
• Research billing disputes and client concerns to facilitate resolution.
• Monitor trust and estate receivables to align with firm policies.
