Job summary

Axelon Services Corporation is seeking a Learning Design and Development Senior Analyst for a fully remote contract opportunity with a global financial firm. You will design and develop training programs, build eLearning media using tools like Storyline, and collaborate with SMEs to assess needs and craft effective solutions.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, storyboard creation, facilitator guides, and measurement strategies to gauge training impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in eLearning, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning, multimedia, or website development.
• Experience with content authoring tools such as Storyline, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, SnagIt.
• Knowledge of LMS systems and creating compliant content for LMS deployment.
• Experience in Web-based Training creation and media such as audio, video, animations, and graphics.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, assessment, and task analysis.
• Experience delivering instructional design across modalities (in person, hybrid, online).

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs and learning materials using various methodologies for classroom, self-directed, and web-based delivery.
• Determine and develop training solutions based on business needs and audience analysis.
• Create, deploy, and maintain eLearning media (Storyline, WBTs, simulations, games, audio, video, websites).
• Participate in design process with needs assessments, task analysis, SME collaboration, and storyboard creation.
• Develop end-user classroom materials, facilitator guides, assessments, and documentation.
• Create measurement strategies for client solutions and overall assessment approach.
• Design and develop data collection tools to measure training impact.
• Build engaging interfaces and provide direction on interactivity and branding.
• Review media for LMS deployment and quality.
• Research industry best practices in learning and apply in instructional solutions.
