Job summary
Swingtech is seeking a talented eLearning Developer to create engaging online learning experiences. This role focuses on developing high-quality modules that meet accessibility and SCORM standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ID/EDTech/CS.
- 3+ years in eLearning development (adult learners preferred).
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline is mandatory.
- Experience with LMS and SCORM compliance.
- Strong multimedia and graphic design skills.
- Experience in video editing with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to apply Section 508 accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning courses using Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and QA to translate content into interactive modules.
- Create multimedia elements: graphics, narrations, animations, videos, quizzes.
- Publish eLearning content to LMS and ensure SCORM compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Stay current with eLearning tech and propose innovative solutions.
